Quality Policy

Our vocational center has clearly determined quality as a main part of its policy and so, it has adopted a management system of the organization based on common quality pinciples, basically referred to in the quality standard ISO 9001:2015.
 
Quality has ben assumed as our work philosophy and it abides by the following guidelines:
  • Atention to our educational community´s demands, listening their voies and aiming to satisfy their expectations.
  • The Matching of our processes and projects with the institutional mission and view, trying to act according to the principles shown in our wording values.
  • ·An eagernes to provide a better service to both our external and internal clients, by focussing on scheduling, developing, reviewing and improving all the processes.
  • The uptaking of working methods based on evidence, assessment of risks by matching the data and the team work as an added value.
  • A clear improvement of the results by both defining the indicators and goals and assessing the degree of their achivement.
These guidelines are displayed by means of the following pocesses and projects:
  •  The establishment an developing of a quality system according to UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015.
  •  Regular measurement and analysis of clients´satisfaction(1)
  •  Review of the quality system and recurring updating of the processes.
  •  Internal and external audits of the quality system.
The goals of our center will be measurable and quantifiable by means of the indicators and all of them constitute the quality goals, each degree of achievement will be assessed regularly.
 
Our commitment with quality concer to all the involved parts. All the people in the center agree to this commitment and abide to their resposibility to meet the requirements in the management of the quality system and they also agree to take an active part both to improve the quality and the management, so as to achieve the institutional goals.
 
Our school management team will provide the needed means to sucessfully develop the activities derived from the implementation of the quality system
